One of my favorite sites in regards to lifting, Eat Big Lift Big, posted an article called 8 Ways To Become A Better Lifter … and all 8 are great pieces of advice! And even though it’s not listed in the post, it’s in the name … if you want to lift big, you have to eat big. You can’t expect to put on muscle eating like a bird. Eat good quality foods and lots of them!
