A lot of our members are curious what they should (and should not) be eating after a workout. So I thought this post from the_mikedoyle might shed some light on that subject and give folks an idea of what one of our members consumes after a WOD. A good rule of thumb is high carb/low protein before the workout, and low carb/high protein after the workout.
