The new battle rope made its way into the gym this week, and has been waiting patiently in the back for a WOD. If you are unfamiliar with the battle ropes, you can take a look at a demo here using nylon fire hose.
Events:
Our official Grand Opening fiesta has been planned. It is going to be on Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. All are welcome, so if you have a friend or family member who is interested in CrossFit, bring them along! We would love to meet them. There will be food, beverages (and adult beverages), an intro individual workout, and a partner workout (similar to our Saturday classes). There is no charge for the day, but we are asking for the donation of a few canned goods. Everything collected will be donated to the Market Street Mission here in town.
