The “Rowing Nancy” is this month’s benchmark test. So, make it a point to come on down today, check your old time and see how much we can improve it. Remember, regardless of where you are in a movement, you want to re-test with exactly the same situation (ie. bands), and in this case it will be with the same weight and make sure the rower is set to a damper of 6 (which is where it should normally be).
