WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill work (summer goals) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (front squat) + short metcon / teen fitness
Wednesday – skill work (handstand push-ups) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (push press + hang power clean) / teen fitness
Friday – short strength (turkish get-ups) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
