Monday – short strength (bench press) + benchmark (fight gone bad)
Tuesday – short strength (front squat) + short metcon (100m row time trial re-test)
Wednesday – skill work (core work) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (split jerk + back squat)
Friday – skill work (winter goals) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
