We are going to be 20 seconds of ring rows, 10 seconds rest, 20 seconds of 1-arm kb swings (left), 10 seconds rest, and so forth. We’re not doing all of one movement, but moving from movement to movement. So after one full round of four sets of 20 seconds, we’ll have done ring rows, swings, dips and swings. And then we’re back to rows again.
