Skill:
3×3 bulgarian split squats

Grab a kettlebell for each hand, start light, and aim to build your weight with each set. You will perform 3 split squats per leg per round.

WOD:
3 min max effort Russian kb swings (70/53)
1 min rest
3 min max effort wall balls (20/14)
1 min rest
3 min max effort hand-release push-ups
