We have the inaugural 13’s Fittest coming up next weekend. So, just a reminder that all classes will be cancelled on Saturday, March 2! Please come out and support your friends, and our community, if you are not competing! It will be a great day for all.

Monday – skill (squat accessory work – week 5 of 8) + long metcon
Tuesday – strength (push jerk + back squat)
Wednesday – skill (pull-up accessory work – week 5 of 8) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (deadlift) + short metcon
Friday – short strength (front squat) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
