Strength:
Push Jerk: 5×5 @ 50% of 1RM
then
Clean: 1RM (test)

Schedule Update:
We are going to switch today (Wednesday) to strength day so we are not backing up the 1RM clean and 1RM power clean on back-to-back days. I will update the weekly schedule, and also post the rest of the week’s workouts so folks can plan accordingly.
