WOD
tabata of… (alternating)
ring rows
kb walking lunges (35/26; one hand)
kb push press (35/26; each hand)

One KB will be held on one side of body in a front rack for the lunges. Rotate which hand is holding the KB.

The order of the tabata will be is RR, KBWL, KBPP, RR, KBWL, …
