WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (front squat 1RM test) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (hang clean work) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (hang power clean 1RM test) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Friday – strength (thruster + back squat 1RM test)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
