Thank you, ladies, for joining us on Friday for our first WOD & Wine! We had a great turnout! Thank you to everyone who brought a friend, and to Coach Julie for leading the charge! Based on the response (aka wine consumed) it sounds like we will be doing this again!
I also wanted to thank everyone for their generousity through both cash and diaper donations. We raised almost $500 in cash and have a whole bin full of diapers to deliver! Thank you again for helping us assist women and children in need of basic supplies.
Don’t worry, gents, we have something in the works for you too.

Monday – short strength (front squat) + long metcon
Tuesday – skill (endurance work) + long metcon
Wednesday – strength (thruster + back squat)
Thursday – skill (high hand clean work) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (hang power clean) + long metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
