WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (shoulder/midline stability) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (power clean 1RM test) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (pull-ups) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (clean 1RM test + split jerks)
Friday – short strength (overhead squat 1RM test) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
