WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (thruster) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Wednesday – skill (shoulder/midline stability) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (press 1RM + deadlift
Friday – short strength (push press) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
