  1. We will be used our 5RM clean (Monday), bench press (Wednesday), and power clean (Friday) this week that we determined last week.
  2. We are in week 3 of our pull-up progression this week as well.
  3. Our FIT360 classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday mornings this week.
