20 clapping push-ups

20 elevated push-ups
20 jumping lunges (2-for-1)
20 hand-release push-ups

Helpful Info:
Julie and I ventured down the road to Randolph this afternoon and did some shopping at Burrini’s Old World Market. A large variety of specialty food items as well as a large selection of meats. Take a look if you’re interested in something different and are in the neighborhood.
