The warm weather looks like it has finally decided to make an appearance. Hopefully everyone is enjoying our running outdoors! To folks who are interested in more running outside of the daily WODs, take a look at the whiteboard for days when we are doing group runs around town. A great way to build up that cardio!
Thursday we will be re-testing the “Rowing Nancy” from March 18th. Rowing and overhead squats for anyone who blacked it out. If you completed the WOD in March then look up that time, and make an effort to come to class on Thursday to see how much you have improved!
