We are about to hit the ground running with our first full week of classes (5:15am, 6:15am, 5:00pm, 6:00pm). Please remember to log into Zen and sign-up for whatever class you are going to be attending.
Every Sunday we will be announcing the workout schedule for the week, and with each WOD post we will be adding some other trinkets in as well (recipes, videos, blog posts) that we think are beneficial.
