Tuesday – skill (mobility) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (push jerk) + short metcon
Thursday – strength (overhead squats + snatch)
Friday – skill (turkish get-ups) + long metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
