Tuesday – strength (overhead squats + snatch)
Wednesday – skill (endurance test) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (power snatch) + short metcon
Friday – skill (bulgarian split squat) + long metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
