JVags and BVags came in 11th in our division at Cupid’s Revenge 3 at CrossFit Lancaster this past Saturday. A great co-ed team competition that I would recommend for anyone interested next year!
THE CROSSFIT OPEN<
Folks are starting to ask about The CrossFit Open and the workouts that are going to be released each week starting February 26th. The Open WODs will not be the daily WOD, but we are going to be opening up the gym Friday nights at 5:30pm and 6:30pm to any of our members who would like to give the workout a shot. Both WODs will be made available on the Friday WOD post. You can register here for $20 if you would like to make it official. But if not, you are still welcome to come and work up a sweat on Friday night, or come and cheer on the members who are partaking, and then head out and grab some grub and libations with us afterwards at a local watering hole!
DONATIONS FOR FIRE VICTIMS
Thank you to everyone who has already donated, every little bit is appreciated by the families. We will be accepting donations until the end of the month, so if you would like to donate, please mention to a coach that you will be leaving your money on the desk and that it is for the victims of the fire. Thank you again!
We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Spring is right around the corner and leagues are open for registration! And the 1st Annual Co-Ed Softball Tournament has been announced for Saturday April 18th. Loantaka Park in Morristown – Slow Pitch – 3 Games Guaranteed – 3 Girl Minimum – 6-12ft Arc. Register online on the Tournament page here!
