Monday – skill (1RM weighted push-up re-test) + long metcon
Tuesday – strength (deadlift + back squat)
Wednesday – short strength (split jerk) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (cardio test) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (front squat) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
