Week of February 2nd

Nothing we can say here hasn’t already been said numerous times, but … thank you. The outpouring of positivity was incredible after the fire this weekend, and we’re proud to be a part of the CF13S community.

MONDAY CLASSES
As of now the 5:15am and 6:15am are the only classes scheduled to be cancelled on Monday. The 9:30am is still on, so please make sure to register for classes for the remaining time slots if you are planning on coming. Last time we cancelled morning classes our evening classes were almost full, and we want to make sure we have enough space.

OPEN GYM
We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

NO IDEA SPORTS
Men’s basketball and Wednesday night volleyball free agents needed if you’re interested in playing! Flag football is coming, and Garden State Races has the Feel the Love 5k coming up in town next month! Click here for more info!

Weekly WOD Schedule:
Monday – skill work + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (bench press) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill work + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (thruster) + short metcon
Friday – strength (hang power snatch + clean)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
