Monday – short strength (front squat) + short metcon
Tuesday – skill (winter goals) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (split jerk) + short metcon
Thursday – strength (deadlift + back squat)
Friday – skill (squat accessory work) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
