With another deload week behind us, we kick off our next 8-week strength cycle!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (push-ups) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (push press 1RM test) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (overhead walking with kettlebells) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (deadlift 1RM test) + short metcon
Friday – strength (hang power cleans + 1RM press test)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
