Super SteelFit:
Thank you for everyone who came out to both compete and support on Friday night! We had some great times, and it was encouraging to see folks push themselves to times they thought were beyond their reach. Looking forward to the 22nd for workout 2!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – benchmark (macho man)
Tuesday – short strength (deadlift) + short metcon
Wednesday – strength (push jerk + clean)
Thursday – short strength (overhead squat) + short metcon
Friday – skill work (overhead kb walk) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
