WOD – 12/27/16

3×3 power clean to 3 jerks complex

Every 2 minutes for 6 rounds…
3 hang power cleans (135/95)
6 push-ups
9 goblet squats (53/35)

You have 2 minutes to complete the whole round, so challenge yourself with the movement patterns and the weight. You should have time to rest at the end of each round, but not TOO MUCH time.
