Tuesday – skill (double unders) + long metcon
Wednesday – skill (pull-up work) + long metcon
Thursday – skill (weighted push-ups) + long metcon
Friday – skill (squat work) + long metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
