Monday – short strength (front squat) + long metcon
Tuesday – skill (row conditioning) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (hang power clean) + long metcon
Thursday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Friday – strength (thruster + back squat)
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
