Thank you to everyone who joined Jessie for our inaugural yoga class this Saturday! We had a great turn-out and are looking forward to our next class already. We are going to hold a monthly class until the fall, and will be announcing our July date as soon as we have it!
We have announced our 10-week teen fitness program starting in June as well. If you have interested teenagers, and have any questions, let us know. More info can be found here, and there are discounts available for teenagers of current members!

Tuesday – skill work (core work) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (turkish get-up) + short metcon
Thursday – skill work (summer goals) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (back squat) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
