Wednesday – skill (death by 10m) + long metcon
Thursday – short strength (front squat) + long metcon
Friday – skill (handstands / handstand push-ups / deficit handstand push-ups) + long metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
