Monday – skill (mile run re-test) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (hang power cleans 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Wednesday – strength (thruster + back squat 1RM re-test)
Thursday – skill (jefferson curls) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (front squat 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
