THE CROSSFIT OPEN
The last CrossFit Open WOD, 15.5, will be announced on Thursday night. Friday night’s 5:30pm and 6:30pm classes and Saturday at 10:00am will be designated for The Open workouts. Signed up or not signed up … come on in for a workout! As always … if you are on a limited membership, it does not count against your weekly workout total.
Spring is upon us! Are you carrying over your winter goal? Are you expanding on it? Or do you have something new you’re aiming for? Write it down on the board!

We will have Open Gym on Thursday during the 6:30pm class. Come on in if you’d like to make-up a WOD, work on a strength or work on a skill. And as always, if you are on an unlimited plan, you are welcome to attend a morning class and work on something else in the evening if you’d like.

Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
