Monday – skill (muscle-up work) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Tuesday – skill (core work) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Wednesday – skill (double unders work) + long metcon + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Thursday – skill (8min EMOM clean complex) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Friday – skill (handstand work) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Saturday – individual workout @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner workout @ 9:00am
