WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (mile run re-test) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Tuesday – short strength (power clean) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Wednesday – skill (handstand work) + long metcon / FIT360 (8:30am)
Thursday – short strength (bench press) + short metcon / FIT360 (8:30am, 6:30pm)
Friday – strength (overhead squat + clean) / FIT360 (8:30am)
Saturday – individual workout @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner workout @ 9:00am
