This is a partner workout. Each partner will complete a full round, and then switch with their partner who will do a full round. Each partner will do 3 rounds.

plate squats with horizontal press (25/15)
then
4 rounds of 35 sec on/25 sec off
ring rows
1-arm alternating v-ups
then
3 rounds of 35 sec on/25 sec off
mb lunges (20/14)
hanging knee raises
