WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – short strength (push press 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Tuesday – benchmark (Helen re-test)
Wednesday – strength (press 1RM re-test + deadlift)
Thursday – skill (T2Bs or push-ups) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (thruster 1RM re-test) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
