Congrats to Julie and Harrison for their performance at RedShed CrossFit’s ‘King and Queen of the WOD 2’ this weekend! Thank you to our members who went out to support! Always nice to see a friendly face in the crowd cheering you on. There are a bunch of pictures in the members group, so take a look if you haven’t yet.

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill work (pistols) + long metcon
Tuesday – strength (split jerk + back squat)
Wednesday – short strength (front squats) + short metcon
Thursday – skill work (winter goals) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (overhead squats) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
