King and Queen of the WOD II:
Harrison and Julie are competing this weekend in a co-ed partner competition at RedShed CrossFit’s 2nd annual ‘King and Queen of the WOD’ … Shawn will also be in the house judging (fairly, she tells us), so if you’ve got some time this Saturday I know those 2 would love some support from a cheering section!

WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – strength (split jerk + back squat)
Tuesday – benchmark (Helen)
Wednesday – short strength (front squats) + short metcon
Thursday – skill work (strict pull-ups / kipping pull-ups / butterfly pull-ups) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (overhead squats) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
