WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – skill (rowing) + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (split jerks) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill (core work) + long metcon
Thursday – strength (deadlifts + back squats)
Friday – short strength (front squats) + short metcon
Saturday – individual WOD @ 7:00am and 8:00am; partner WOD @ 9:00am
