Week of September 15th

First and foremost … congrats to our very own Coach Jenna on her nuptials this weekend to Tim “The Tool Man” Robeson. A fantastic day/evening that even the rain couldn’t ruin, and we were thrilled to be a part of it! They are off to a place almost as beautiful as New Jersey for a few week, well-deserved vacay. I’m sure there will be PLENTY more pics to see (besides our beautiful mugs above) in the week’s to come!

Monday – skill work + long metcon
Tuesday – short strength (thrusters) + short metcon
Wednesday – skill work + long metcon
Thursday – skill work + long metcon
Friday – strength (split jerks + push press)
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
