WEEKLY WOD SCHEDULE:
Monday – strength (deadlifts + back squats)
Tuesday – skill (pull-ups) + long metcon
Wednesday – short strength (split jerks) + short metcon
Thursday – skill (fall goals) + long metcon
Friday – short strength (front squats) + short metcon
Saturday – Intro to CrossFit (individuals) @ 8:00am; Intro to CrossFit (partner WOD) @ 9:00am
