Throughout the month of January we will be working on our “pushing” strength to see how much we can improve on our weighted push-up, so expect to see a lot of push-ups, burpees, bench presses, strict presses and more over the next 30 days!

We are going for a heavier-than-normal American kettlebell swing here. Even if you can not get the kettlebell up and over your head, challenge yourself with a heavier Russian swing to the eyeballs, or just above.
