then
Snatch: 1RM (re-test)
We have come to the end of yet another strength cycle. I know some of you had grown to enjoy the snatch in the past 7 weeks, and I know some of you had furthered your hatred of it … but either way we have a significant improvement in the movement pattern of all of you.
The explosiveness we develop by working with the snatch is directly transferable to movements like the clean and box jumps, so stick with it, because as much as it may not seem like it … many of these movements are complimentary to each other.
