I feel semi-hypocritical for posting this shortly after I announced the CF13S Holiday Party, BUT! … still worth reading. The infographic at this link discusses various aspects of drinking and how it can lead to weight gain. It also gives suggestions on how to avoid drinking excessively, what to drink instead and plans to make before you even go out.
