As we have preached to any new member walking in the door from Day 1 … scale until you are 100% comfortable in doing a movement. And only then do we want you to even think about delving into the world of “Rx”. Never think that by scaling you are in some way cheating yourself or not going to get a good workout. Couldn’t be farther from the truth. By challenging yourself to get better at a particular movement you are forcing your body to work harder with each rep. You’re forcing your body to mobilize better, stretch out a little more and get a little stronger.
