2 minutes on, 1 minute off x2 of max double unders

5 rounds of…
1 minute of max push-ups
1 minute of max kb swings (53/35)
1 minute of max step overs (20;24/14;20)
1 minute of max pull-ups
1 minute of rest

Your result will be a total amount of reps accumulated for each round. So, in your minute rest jot down on a whiteboard how many reps you completed that round. The goal is to stay consistent with your output throughout the five rounds!
