I came across a post from CrossFit Buffalo this week that talks about how every day in the gym can not be “sunshine and rainbows.” There are going to be great days in the gym, and like most aspects of life … there are going to be days where you feel like you just don’t have it. Failure, and learning from failure, is present in the gym just like outside the gym. Whether it’s because you’re feeling sick, you’re sore and achey, or your mind has got you thinking about anything but the bar in front of you … realize that tomorrow is another day. Go home, re-group, get a good night sleep and come back to attack it again the next day.
