Strength:
Deadlift: 5×5 @ 70% of 1RM
then
Back Squat: 5×5 @ 5RM

THURSDAY’S SNOW SCHEDULE:
As of this moment the 5:15am and 6:15am are still on, the 9:30am has been cancelled, and the 5:30pm and 6:30pm are TBD. Stay tuned to this post (or the Facebook group), as I will update it if there are changes.
